You will have an interview with two managers. They will get to know a little bit about you and past employment history. They give a brief summary of the Tandem values and their exceptions of the employee/company.

They will ask about 10ish questions one of which will be what does integrity mean to you. They want to know how you solve conflicts, and how you show leadership in past jobs.
