I had a maths and english exam that a 10 year old should pass.
I then spoke to the director of sales.
I was then offered the job. Looking back, I don't really understand what you have to do to fail this interview, as I made it pretty clear that this was not what I hoped to do with my life.
The interview was a little bit weird. Fairly standard questions and then a timed maths quiz. Also included a little mock cold call. Didn't receive a response let alone any feedback.

A phone call then first interview, which is a test and discussion of role with HR. Did not go to 2nd phase. This was not the job I was looking for.
