Interview went well, or so I thought. There was talk about setting up a second interview with the team during in the initial interview. Heard nothing. Reached out to the staffing agency a week after the interview, and was told that they would be making a decision next week. This pattern of behavior went on for 4 weeks. If I was interviewing directly, I would have thought that the company was just ducking me.The staffing agency was confused as well, because they were told of other candidates that Tango had no interest in moving forward with. After the 2nd week, wasn't sure I wanted to join an organization that would string along a candidate for so long with no updates. Very unprofessional experience
