My first phone call was with HR, second was with a manager from one of the development teams. After that I had 4 coding tests/interviews. Once I got past those they flew me out to San Francisco for a day of more interviews. The 5 interviews I went through there were mostly with higher-ups and weren't technical interviews though the people I met with did have a technical background. There was one more coding interview/whiteboard session at the end of the day.
After a total of 11 interviews I was told they didn't think I was a good fit. No more explanation was given either when I asked for clarification on what went wrong or where they felt I wasn't strong enough. That was the real bummer about the whole thing. I really wanted to work there as the pay and benefits are amazing, plus it just felt like a good company to work for. Everyone I met seemed to be happy to be there.
