I was contacted by their recruiter and wish I wasn't since this was a huge waste of time. I was interviewed for a little over twenty minutes. The recruiter spent most of the time talking about the company. I was given a few minutes to provide my work history in which I did. I have been successfully programming for over fifteen years now and expected some technical questions at the very least. Tanium contacted me and the job description looked like it was specifically written for my skill set. This is why I accepted the interview invitation since I don't believe in applying for positions beyond my abilities. I waited a day to email the recruiter since she did not get back to me. I was told I am not a good fit for this particular role and was sent a link to other opportunities on their website. I asked why they thought I wasn't a good fit and was told "it is against Tanium's policy to share feedback with candidates post interview". I'm not sure why Tanium contacted me. They didn't ask me any relevant questions regarding the role, disappeared after the call, and when I try to get any feedback I get goose eggs.
