Applied online, phone interview, video interview, technical evaluation.
Note that I've never written a negative review for a company after an interview - I am not a spurned, vengeful applicant looking to slam them.
The interview process here is a little exploitive. The interviews themselves went well, but communication was terrible - it took quite a while (weeks) to get responses.
The biggest annoyance is their technical problem. They ask you to write a fully functional website, with a laundry list of requirements - it's literally a full, multiple day project. After submission, there was no communication - feedback, questions, requests for changes.
I can't imagine how they treat their employees if they expect entry-level applicants to put multiple workdays into a project without so much as response or feedback, as if the company is the only thing that exists in our lives without even working there.
Frankly, the work they expect from their applicants says more about this company than any number of negative glassdoor reviews could.
