First step in the process was a phone screen with the Engineering manager followed by a phone screen with the Senior iOS Engineer. From there it became a three step process where first I did a panel interview with two iOS Engineers and Product Manger which involved introductions, a mix of iOS specific questions and behavioral questions, and two system design style questions. The second step involved a take home test to build out an iOS app where the third and final step was another panel interview with just the iOS Engineers to discuss the test submission as well as one final system design style question.

Phone screening, followed by two onsite interviews. I only completed one onsite interview. The first onsite consisted of a group interview where I presented code I had written, followed by a live “pair-programming” assessment.
