I completed the application with resume and cover letter. It took about a month and a half to hear back and then I did a video interview of 4 questions that gave me unlimited preparation time. Finally I completed an interview with the specific hiring manager.

Use HireVues which could be a good or bad thing. Prepped and most of the questions were common. One was situational and allowed up to three records. Around 5 questions total.
