She asked me what my future plans were, which were to continue my education, and I was nervous she would think I would quit after a short time frame. Apparently she really liked that and I later discovered this particular manager had a terrible time with staff turnover, including with me, but her philosophy was that those who wanted to continue studies were motivated and ambitious and would make good staff.
