1. First round was a phone screen interview 15-25 minutes
2. In person interview for 30 min, w/ Sales Manager
3. 1.5 hour interview w/ role play scenario, and brief chat w/ another employee
4. 15-20 minute call with VP of Sales
5. 30 min in person interview with CEO and Sr, Mgr of Talent
Overall whole process took around 4 weeks, but I was still in university at the time so that probably made it a few weeks longer. Spoke to 5 people in total at the company, what I gathered from this whole process of talking with different people across the company, is that they care a whole lot about fit. Interview process, allowed you to show not only your strengths as a professional, but your character as an individual.
