I was contacted about setting up a phone interview. I scheduled the interview and had the call - all went SO well. The man I spoke with was great, encouraging, very informative, and made me feel like I had a really great shot at this position. Even mentioned potential freelance work for the time being. I was then asked to do an assessment project, which I completed VERY thoroughly and even sent over additional deliverables beyond those that were asked. After that - I called and emailed multiple times to see what had come of my aptitude test. Never heard a single word back. I spent 30+ hours on the assessment they gave me and did a pretty dang good job. They were so disrespectful that they didn't even give me the time of day to tell me "thanks, but no thanks". Very displeased. Very unprofessional.
