Multiple interviews where the team seemed like they cared. Polite. Overall waste of time for three interviews at their leisure in a slow process. It seemed as though they liked me but were stringing me along hoping a better candidate would pop up.

The first interview was a 10 minute phone call and pretty basic. The 2ns interview was in-person lasting an hour and it was more about sharing who they are and asking about you. Feels like a personality, confidence and soft skills. I made it to a third interview. In-person lasting 2 hours and it took me back to school. It was the director and manager giving scenarios and how I would respond. Ex. They showed a chart and asked you to break it down, then give a scenario. The manager personally called me letting me know I didn't make the cut. She was polite, sincere and kind.
