Reasonably straight forward. HR rep was very friendly and honest about the organisation. Things they were good at, things they needed to improve. I had a few phone calls with brief interview type questions over the phone, then met them in person in Geelong. Process was solid and fair. Would have been nice to have had a tour of the office for the second interview and maybe met the team before considering the offer.
