How do you motivate you team to meet production rates.
short - didn't care about experience.
seems like they have accepted high turnover rate and okay with it.
no questions related to position itself. Mainly standard HR questions.
other than that, painless and no pressure when it came to answering questions.
Was taken on a tour and then interviewed multiple times. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and gave valuable information about what the job would involve. The tour was interesting and really helped with understanding the scale of the operation.
