Phone screen and then an in person interview with HR - basic get to know you questions and provided a lot of information on the hiring process. Very quick to hear back from them throughout the process.
I went through a fully virtual process after submitting my application and getting to move to the next step. It was a timed interview online with fairly basic interview questions where you record your responses.

Its not a phone interview or an in-person interview. It is a Video interview. They send questions, you reply with a video of yourself answering and they review it, usually takes about a couple days for a job offer.
