Colloquio
I applied through my university's career resource center and signed up for an interview. The first interview was a 20 minute long interview with mostly behavioral questions and the most important question, "why target?" If they like you, then you move on to a second round interview with the same questions but you're in a 1-on-1 interview with a supervisor. I received my offer a week later.

Interviewed 4 rounds, was transparent each time about being available to start asap, looking for immediate employment etc. At the end of the 4th interview, I was told there was no opening for the role I was applying for, but they were willing to hire someone for the bench, but "only if they were the right fit," but they also were not in any hurry. I asked why this wasn't disclosed earlier, and they did not have an answer. A week after my final interview, I received an automated rejection letter. I would have hoped after 4 rounds of interviews, that I could have received personalized feedback regarding the decision, but I was not given that courtesy.

Applied online. I received an email to choose an interview time based on the recruiter’s availability. Interview was a phone call. I was a little surprised it wasn’t a video interview. Recruiter was professional. I declined to go to next steps after I heard the schedule expectation.

There was a minimum of 5 interviews which is way too much. You should know by a maximum of 3 interviews if the candidate is correct or not. I’d recommend revamping the process to allow for a better candidate experience.
