Initially there is a computer job application to fill out. Have all your info with you. If your availability matches what they are looking for you are called for an interview. This interview in usually done by a team lead. The personal interview asks questions related to responsibility and performance. If you were in this situation....What would you do? The questions are the same for everyone. They are read off a sheet and the interviewer will write down what you say. If you can think fast and they like you, they will proceed to the second interview which will be done by management and you will be presented with a job offer before yo leave with a contingency to passing a drug/background check within 24 hours. People were nice all the way around. I did have to wait a bit to get trough the whole interview process. I think it took about 2 hours.

Pretty informal process. I applied in store and had an interview. I was called within a day and asked if I would like to interview for a team leader position. I completed the interview with an ETL and was notified that they were offering my a position.
