Met recruiters at University career fair. Then had an on-campus interview with two Target reps that was mainly about my background with set behavioral questions that they ask. Then had a phone interview with a district team leader. Was offered the internship a couple weeks after the phone interview.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.
