Phone interview and then 2 in person. Was disappointed that the GSTL or GSA did not do the interviewing but ETL and STL, seemed a bit below their paygrade and as if immediate leader was not trusted to make the decision.

Tell me about when you gave a guest a great experience.
It is pretty easy but getting the interview is the hard part. It took so long to get my interview but nice interviewer. They ask basic questions, not too technical but good to know. I think it’s pretty easy
HireVue with 2 tries. Very easy. Behavioral questions. Just show that you're excited to work with them. After using HireVue, you will receive an email and phone call from them.
