I was hired during the holidays as a seasonal employee so the interview was very short. I was asked the typical interview questions such as: what is your strengths/weaknesses, tell of a time where you had to deal with a stressful situation, tell of a time when you had to work as a team...etc.

The email was sent out and followed up with an online questionare. Once that was filled out the interview was taken via video, and recorded and saved. This was followed up with an email to come in and meet the hiring team to do paperwork.
Asked 5 questions over video. Simple questions about your background. Not much to study before hand. Depending on position there is multiple interviews. No need to study for this. Very easy
