The interview process consisted of 2 interviews. There was one virtual interview and the second was a meet and greet to discuss what the overall entailed. I was accepted this position through an internship. I do know external and internal promotes tend to be different and even more difficult.

Phone interview with HR recruiter, fairly standard management questions. Recruiter asked about my interest in the position/company, discussed my job history and qualifications, then they asked some situational questions. Interview ended with being able to ask her some questions and found out at this point that ETL's are expected to work 50 hours per week and the store they were intending to fill was a 45 minute drive away from me with no traffic (although to be fair they did say the store could location could change).
