Only one round interviews after being invited to interview at a conference. First submitted my resume and cover letter online then I was invited to interview at the conference. The interview was primarily behavioral and was 30 minutes long. I received my response within two weeks.

Phone screen initially with an HR recruiter and then a second interview with an Inventory manager that had a set of four questions that were all "tell me about a time".

Asked specifically about time when I was able to use data to solve a problem. They are looking for very specific format of how you respond, the STAR method.
It was good very smooth as I had in campus process. The interviewer was very much experienced and patient with all of us. Overall a good experience. They conducted 3 rounds of interview in total after aptitude.
