I actually interviewed with two individuals, the woman who was my immediate boss and the hiring manager. Both were relatively simple, straightforward interviews related to personality.

It was a video interview. I received a email stating I was selected to interview. You follow the link and it describes the process. I recorded myself answering questions. You have 3 tries before it automatically submitted.

You basically interview over the phone and send back a short recording of your self. They will ask you questions and allow you to answer the questions over the phone recording. They also give you the chance to delete and re-record if you like.
