There are 3 separate interviews that you have to go through. They provide scenarios and ask what would you do in those situations. My last interview was with the store manager and he sees if you would fit with their team and a little about yourself.

it was fairly easy, I had an online interview as well as an in person one. they asked a lot of questions and were thrall. they have me a lot of scenarios and had me talk about my experiences with difficult customers

Easy, online interview, can re-record video answers, can leave and come back into interview anytime. I would recommend having your answers written out once the video asks a question, so you can answer fast. Gives you 30 seconds to think of answer, can re-record up to 2 times. Answer can be up to four min.
