I got called to set up an interview. It was an in person interview with one of the ETLs. Went through basic questions about customer service, availability, and future goals. They really wanted to make sure you were comfortable with guest service and time management.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
