My interview was conducted through HireVue due to covid concerns. The process of HireVue was new but not difficult, it involves recording a video of yourself answering their specified questions. It can be daunting if you are not used to recording videos of yourself talking without conversating with another human.

Virtual Interview, questions revolve around leadership and responsibilities. Prior to the interview there is a behavioral online assessment. Orientation is in person and usually in a group. Will spend your first day shadowing and completing training videos.

I was asked to talk about myself and my prior retail experience, discuss my availability, and highlight my strongest qualities. The focus was on understanding my customer service skills, work ethic, and overall fit for the role.

All completed online with prerecorded videos that can be completed on your computer or phone with three tries per question. Once the interviews are completed, Target will inform you that you either received a job offer or you did not. If you accept, you begin training shortly.
