I was contacted by phone. They scheduled a one on one interview the very next day.
During the interview, they asked me if I had previous retail experience. (I previously worked at Walmart). They then asked if I was okay with working night hours. I wasn't aware that FLOW Team Member meant working night hours but I needed a job at the time so I accepted.

Give an example of when you went out of your way to help a customer at your previous retail job.
It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.
