Screening Survey, Pre-recorded Video Interview, and then a self-scheduled Follow Up Phone Call (30min time slot) from the store after they reviewed the video. When it came time for the follow-up call - and keep in mind I had yet to speak to an actual human being this entire time due to the "interview" consisting of me talking to my webcam for 20 minutes - no one called me. Knowing how retail is, I waited another 15 minutes to give them some extra time and then decided to call the store. I was told no one was available to conduct my follow-up call due to inventory taking place and that someone would get back to me when they were done. Huge red flag, considering I had scheduled the call the week before and the professional thing to do would be to call me and reschedule if there were any conflicts. Despite realizing this I wanted to give them a chance and left my information with the team member and asked them to let the manager know I had called about our appointment and to call me when they were available. I wasn't given an option in the hiring portal to reschedule the call myself so I was relying entirely on this manager to do so. It has been over a month now and I am still showing "in progress" in their hiring portal! Haven't gotten a single phone call or email. Not even a rejection email. I've heard Target has high standards for hiring so it's very disappointing to have gotten so far through the process just to have them flat out ignore me. Ghosted by Target

The interview was recorded, questions were similar to other interviews I've done with target before. I wish they would have done a phone interview though. Doing a recorded interview made me sound unnatural.

Simple five question interview. Why do you want to work there, your experience, etc. Job offered on the spot and they had me submit my availability. Whole process took about a half hour.
