first they took a test, then they took an interview and then assessment center and then onboarding. overall it was a very pleasant process of hiring as compared to other companies.
Very easy and straightforward. Applied online and had a handful of interviews with regional staff. Everyone was very kind and enthusiastic about the program (most had been through the intern program themselves).

There was a short phone interview to get to know the candidate. Then we set up another interview in a couple of weeks for a basic phone interview that lasted 30 minutes.
