I knew someone who worked at the pharmacy and they referred me. The manager told me to fill out an application and that HR would contact me. I followed up but they told me they were still reviewing the application. A month passed and they application expired so I was told to fill out a new one. About a week later I got a call and was scheduled an interview that week for a one on one. When I went in I had to fill out a personality test which took about 15 mins. Then A woman started to interview me and she was really nice and made jokes and made the atmosphere comfortable. After about 20 mins of questions another guy came in who seemed like a supervisor and asked me more questions for about a half an hour. He was a little more intimidating. After the questions were done he hired me on the spot and brought in the paperwork for me to fill out.
