I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter, an on-site interview with the Store Team Leader, a second on-site interview with the District Team Leader and finally a video conference interview with the Group Director. Talent Acquisition team is super personal and good at communication. They let you know exactly what to expect in all interviews. Be ready with great stories of your past role for teamwork, problem-solving, etc. Mostly all behavioral questions.
Quick, thorough, believe it was 3 people in the interview from the company on the call. They were very friendly. Interview process was fairly smooth and did not take too long of a process.
