I applied online. Got the interview through HireVue and you have 5 recorded questions and 1 multiple choice question. It was difficult and I did not get the position, I think it was due to my nerves while recording. It's not like being interveiwed by a person.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
