Got connected with a recruiter for a phone screen. The shortest phone interview I have ever had. Sounded like she was calling me on the road. Simply asked me why I wanted to work for Target, biggest strength/weakness. Then she said she'll look at my resume and let me know if they'll move forward with an in person interview.

Interviewed 4 rounds, was transparent each time about being available to start asap, looking for immediate employment etc. At the end of the 4th interview, I was told there was no opening for the role I was applying for, but they were willing to hire someone for the bench, but "only if they were the right fit," but they also were not in any hurry. I asked why this wasn't disclosed earlier, and they did not have an answer. A week after my final interview, I received an automated rejection letter. I would have hoped after 4 rounds of interviews, that I could have received personalized feedback regarding the decision, but I was not given that courtesy.
