First Interviewed with a store manager. he was pretty laid back, and mostly asked about experiences related to leadership and management.
I was then asked to interview a second time with the district manager and an HR person from headquarters. Mostly the same behavioral questions as the first time around. I felt like they had access to my first questions, so I tried to mix up the stories a little, but I think I should have stuck with my original instinct. First interview went much better than the first. All members I came in contact with seemed to be very competent interviewers and managers. If your preparing for this interview, think up as many situational stories as you can ahead of time.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
