The hiring process took about a month and my start date was three weeks after I accepted the initial offer so overall it took almost two months. I contacted a recruiter on LinkedIN and she got back with me a week later. We set up a phone interview to talk about the position. She liked my attitude and moved me forward through the process. I had four other interviews with two STL's, DTL, and lastly the HR Market leader. If you make it to the HR Market leader you pretty much have the job. The key is to have a fun and outgoing attitude. Don't be nervous at all just be yourself. Everyone was very funny and welcoming which made the interviews easier to get through. There are a lot of situational questions asked. They might even be repeated in a future interview. It's ok to repeat the answer. Start with the problem, how you handled it, and what was the outcome. It's ok to have them repeat a question. Be prepared to talk about your past experience and education. You also want to be able to tell them why you want to work for Target.
