I applied online through my university career website. Abou t5 days later i was set up for an interview. The interview consisted of an HR director and a Store Team Leader. The STL asked all the questions while the HR person wrote everything down. It was mostly behaviourly base questions with some "would you perform the following tasks" questions. Another 5 days went by and I received an email to take an online assesment. A week later I was informed via email that i was not selected. Overall a neutral experience. The test was difficult and seemed to test your patience/cognitive skills more than intelligence.
