Online form. There are two interviews, one you do online that has about 10 questions. The other interview was by phone however some do it in person. This depends on the store’s management.

The email was sent out and followed up with an online questionare. Once that was filled out the interview was taken via video, and recorded and saved. This was followed up with an email to come in and meet the hiring team to do paperwork.
Asked 5 questions over video. Simple questions about your background. Not much to study before hand. Depending on position there is multiple interviews. No need to study for this. Very easy
