Questions were like how would you help a guest who is confused, how would you handle an aggressive guest, and describe yourself probably.
Very friendly and welcoming environment the second I walked through the door. Interviewer was down-to-earth and easy to talk to, which made me feel more comfortable during the interview process.

It was an Informal process. Single interview and they hired me. They wanted to see if I was someone who would show up to work. One of the Leaders on Duty ran the interview.
