3 interviews all by phone. All managers used based behavioral interviewing . The managers were all female, they were not very personal and it just felt like a process that they wanted to finish, They were very vague about work life balance questions.
Easy process. The pay was below my expectation and did not pursue further into the interview process. Recruiter screen was straightforward and salary expectation was below comparable market wage. Was asked to schedule second interview where I declined.
Interviewed with 3 regional managers. They all ask similar questions and and look for in depth answers. They also asked how long I have been with the company and what my goals were.
