Phone screening, phone interview, and back-to-back face-to-face interviews with a Store Manager and Division Manager. The entire process was very quick. The District Manager was a difficult read, and did not seem very engaged in the interview. He started off asking "Why Target?" and followed with a handful of behavioral questions which are very easy. The next day I received a form email informing me they were pursuing other candidates. My take: They had a candidate previously selected but went through the motions. Easy interview questions, over-qualified, and not meant to be.
