it was quick and direct and they didn't make me feel pressured they made me feel like a had a chance of getting hired. it got a little awkward bc i they asked questions i didn't really know how to answer but it ended up being fine

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
