LONG. Theres a personality test and customer service situational test. Everything is virtual and has to be completed within 48 hours from when they send it. After, you show up for your first day. Not hard but very lengthy.

Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.

Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
