There was no interview. I did an online assessment and was asked to come in for onboarding and training. It was a full day of filling out paperwork with HR, a tour of the facility, then shown different departments we could possibly work in.

Although nonexistent, I wish they’d hire interviewers to place people in suitable departments. It’s great for those needing to get in the door, but tailored placement would be even better!
