There were four interviews, pretty standard process. I met with 4 different people from the hiring team/ managers of the team I would be working on. It was all virtual over zoom.

Good, understanding, questions were clear and I felt the support! Interviewer: "Tell me about a time when you faced a challenging situation at work and how you handled it." Candidate: "In my previous role, I was tasked with managing a complex project with tight deadlines. One of the key team members fell ill, and I had to quickly reallocate resources and ensure that work continued smoothly. I communicated with the team and stakeholders to manage expectations, and we managed to meet the deadline by working collaboratively and prioritizing key tasks." Interviewer: "How do you prioritize your tasks when there are competing deadlines?" Candidate: "I use a mix of time management tools like to-do lists and project management software to stay organized. I assess the urgency and importance of each task and break larger projects into smaller, manageable tasks. I communicate regularly with my team to ensure we’re all on the same page and that we’re meeting critical deadlines." Interviewer: "What interests you about this position?" Candidate: "I’m excited about this role because it aligns with my passion for problem-solving and working with cross-functional teams. I’m particularly drawn to the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a reputable company like yours, and I feel my skills in project management and communication can add value to your team."
