The hiring process is pretty slow. I had two interviews overvalued. One was a panel and the other was with vice president. It took about 2-3 months for the whole process.

At best - unpredictable. Jobs are posted with out close dates. Once the job closes it may be months before your are contacted for an interview. If you do not make the cut, you do not get a courtesy "no thanks" email.
