I had a brief tour of the facility and a face-to-face interview followed by general instruction and rules concerning operating guidelines. After the interview I was informed on the status of the job posting and was kept up-to-date weekly on any changes made and when offers would be extended.

Applied online for a customer service position. Attended Info session. 24 hours later completed assessments. A week later got email to schedule and did zoom interview. Recruiter felt I was overqualified and wanted to pass me to another recruiter who was filling a Marketing position. Did second set of assessments for that role same day. Did second zoom interview with new recruiter same day. Offered job during interview. Accepted. Onboarding began immediately but job didn’t start until a couple weeks later.
