First interview was with the HR where basic questions were asked such as KPIs in the current company, current CTC, expected CTC, willingness to relocate. Second round was with Area Sales Manager who I would report to if I got the job. The questions was majorly around understanding of TCL's offering and a few situational questions. Third round is a presentation round. Two case studies beforehand were provided, I chose one myself and gave a presentation on it. Questions were asked based on that. Last round is with the Region head. It is mostly a grilling session.

Interview Process is average. 1st round of interview was more technical and 2nd round was more of process oriented. HR round was hassle free. Since there was budget available, there are no negotiations
