It was campus placement for Summer Internship Programme. So the process was very smooth. Before concerned person visit our campus all the CV's were shortlisted earlier. A Pre-Placement Presentation was taken where the role offered by company and overview of company was given. After PPT direct personal interviews (1:1) was conducted and results were declared after 4 days.

The first round is about resume and interested fields. The second round is case studies based on a group of five. Everyone gets a chance to draw a question and leads the discussion.
