Very good and straight forward process. Lateral hiring is focussed on technical details and previous employment. They delve deep into what we have done in the past and how we could apply that to the role under discussion. Sensible technical tests to check ability and then followed by questions on how comfortable we are working in a team

I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.

3 rounds . First one being mostly technical. 2nd with team lead and manager mostly asking for preferred location and wfo policy. Last one is salary negotiations with HR. Offer letter is rolled out few days/weeks post interview process.
