The interview process at TCSL was a good learning experience. There were a total of three interviews... 1. Personality Test 2. Skill Test 3. Management Test The one day that i got to interact with the TCS people made me realize that they are very supportive, comforting and skilled in dealing with the freshers. The office environment at TCSL provides necessary professional industrial exposure for shaping personal growth. To have better chances of making it through the interview, one needs to be prepared with the basic concepts of the his/her subjects and maintain your cool while you are at it.

Easy process focusing on Projects in detail , Coding , Sql queries , OOPs and some managerial questions followed by HR interview. They mostly focus on your confidence and calmness rather than only knowledge. It's better to have good communication and quick thinking in the interview.
